Bring a personal care item to donate and receive a commemorative Nutcracker sticker in thanks. Items needed include body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes and laundry detergent.
What is the AHS Nutcracker?
AHS Orchestras and Just Off Broadway started a collaboration in 2019 to bring a Nutcracker production to the AHS stage. In the months leading up to performance, high school musicians and young dancers alike learn to perform 16 key dances from the original ballet. This is wonderful to see children ages 4-18 working together on stage to bring this classic to our community! We aim to make this a true community event with audience members of al ages enjoying a popular holiday tradition while also giving back to our community through a collection for 9United. Proceeds from the event benefit future productions as well as assist in supporting AHS Orchestra activities throughout the year.
